🛒 For Online Purchases

• Return/Exchange Timeframe: You can request for return infront of delivery man but can't return after receiving the product. You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your product.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order history or invoice as proof of purchase.

• Process: All exchanges must be completed within 3 days. Delivery agents will not process exchanges on the spot.

   

• N.B: Must be inform us via Messenger/others platform within 3 days.

🏬 For Showroom Purchases

• Return/Exchange Timeframe: You can request an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Return or refund are not acceptable after purchase.

• Proof of Purchase: You must bring the original money receipt when visiting the showroom for exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
