⏳ Exchange Timeframe

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your product.


📍 Who Can Exchange?

You can request an exchange if:

  • The size doesn’t fit you.

  • The color is not your preferred choice.

  • You have another valid reason (e.g., defect, mismatch, or other acceptable issue).


💡 Exchange Requirements

  • Product must be in fresh, unused condition.

  • All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • No dust, stains, damage, or signs of wear.


⚙ How the Exchange Works

🏬 Showroom Purchases

  • Bring the product with the original money receipt.

  • We’ll exchange it with your chosen product (subject to stock availability).

💻 Online Purchases

  • Inform us via Messenger within 3 days.

  • Pay the delivery charge for the exchange shipment.

  • Hand over your old product to the delivery rider and collect your new one on the spot.


💰 Price Difference

  • If the new product is more expensive, you’ll pay the extra amount.

  • If it’s less expensive, the balance will be adjusted in your next purchase (no cash refund).
