Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your product.
You can request an exchange if:
The size doesn’t fit you.
The color is not your preferred choice.
You have another valid reason (e.g., defect, mismatch, or other acceptable issue).
Product must be in fresh, unused condition.
All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
No dust, stains, damage, or signs of wear.
Bring the product with the original money receipt.
We’ll exchange it with your chosen product (subject to stock availability).
Inform us via Messenger within 3 days.
Pay the delivery charge for the exchange shipment.
Hand over your old product to the delivery rider and collect your new one on the spot.
If the new product is more expensive, you’ll pay the extra amount.
If it’s less expensive, the balance will be adjusted in your next purchase (no cash refund).
